Lions, Kids, and Puppies, Oh My!

Adventures in Babyrolling

Just wanted to update the site with a few photos. Sometimes around the end of March/beginning of April, Micah perfected his rolling technique. Now, he's everywhere and you can't leave him alone for a minute. We've also learned to start clearing the floor of anything he can reach. As you'll see below, he's managed to topple his jungle gym several times while we're temporarily out of the room.

Huntsville Botantical Gardens - April 19

A few weekends ago, Karin and I were starting to get cabin fever. For some reason, whenever rain hits Huntsville, it seems to be on a weekend. The cold weather has been lingering a bit longer than usual this year, too. When we finally had a nice Saturday afternoon a few weeks ago, we decided to head out to the Huntsville Botanical Gardens. Beats cleaning up the house any day. :)

Unfortunately, we missed the inital blooming of all the trees and first round of flowers, but it's been too chilly to take Micah out for very long. Micah did, however, have his first encounter with grass that day. He kept looking at it and feeling it with his toes; to this day, I don't think he's that sure about it.
