Going to Church

This past summer, Karin and I each picked out an outfit for Micah. Karin picked out this little coat/tie combo, and she couldn't resist putting in on him this past Sunday. Apparently, he hasn't yet inherited his dad's innate dislike for ties, he was pretty calm all morning.

As much as I dislike regularly donning formal dress clothes, even I have to admit the vest is pretty cool. :) He's already dressing better than dad.

One Month Birthday!

Micah certainly likes his kisses, and he gets plenty of them.



Squeaky clean!

Micah doesn't seem to mind getting a bath as long as he's sufficiently warm. The part he hates...being stripped naked before the bath and being pulled out of the water into the cold air after the bath.

I had to include this one. His cheeks look really plump! This was actually taken on 11/10, and his face and little belly are poking out a lot more.





I can't believe that we've already had this baby for a month. Over the last two weeks, we've begun to notice Micah smiling more and more on a regular basis. I've heard all the stories about babies not being able to smile this early, but he certainly does.

Micah smiles on a regular basis when he's kissed on the hands or on the neck. It would seem that he's a bit ticklish. I've noticed that he definitely responds to Karin's attention moreso than mine, even though I've gotten a few smiles out of him.
Conclusion: Micah just really loves his momma!
